Dale Sheppard has approximately 15 yrs professional and personal experience in the disability health profession. Graduating with the Head of School Award during a Bachelor of Applied Science – Disability Studies majoring in Human Movement and further completing Nationally recognized studies in Occupational Health and Safety, Workplace Assessment and Training, and Social Science and Planning enables Dale to provide a holistic approach to inclusion and accessibility for people with a disability.

Dale holds leadership positions on numerous State and Local Government Committees and is known for his strategic project management style.

Past experiences include Preferred Access Consultant- Qantas Airways, Preferred Access Consultant- Kmart Stores Australia-wide, Lead Access Consultant – Pacific School Games, Product Design and Development Manager, Supervising Auditor – Play Spaces, Preferred Access Consultant Provider – PRAV, Virgin Blue Access Awareness and Lead Access Consultant Building Development – Mornington.

Andrew Scarborough - Project Officer ASN

Andrew has been working with ASN for 3yrs as a project officer. His main activities are conducting Access Audits and delivering Professional Development Trainings.

Andrew is an Associate Access Consultant and has an in-depth understanding of the legislative requirements for the provision of access and egress to and within buildings.

Peter Thomas  - Accessibility Designer

Peter has extensive experience in the built environment, design and construction. Peter previously ran his own drafting company and was an Associate Pastor.

Peter is passionate about good design and effective and useful environments.

Michael Dawson – Hive Building Design Management

Michael is a qualified building designer with his own company. Michael is highly respected by ASN and is exclusively utilised as ASN’s referred draftsperson.

He has an in-depth understanding of the stipulated requirements for building design including issues relating to access and mobility.

Barbra Sheppard - Project & Administration Officer ASN

Barbra has approximately 14yrs professional and personal experience in the disability health profession. Graduating with a Bachelor of Applied Science – Disability Studies majoring in Health Promotion and holding professional positions such as MECWA Access Manager and Access For All Abilities Officer.

Barbra has specialist knowledge and expertise in the delivery of services to people with a disability condition that comply with the Disability Services Act. Barbra is a qualified ISO internal auditor and ensures that all of ASN's Quality Management meets the ISO 9001:2000 requirements.
