Disability Access Appraisal Checklists
THIS SECTION OF OUR WEBSITE IS UNDER CONSTRUCTION.
The ASN checklists are to be used by anyone who requires or wants to conduct on-site access assessments, also known as access appraisals. Checklist are written in a way that requires no specialist skills or equipment. A tape measure and a digital level (Bosch Smart Tool - Available from Bunnings - Approx $190) is all that is required to begin conducting on-site access appraisals.
All checklists have a submit utility for users to email through completed on-site access appraisals to ASN. Once ASN receive checklists a formalised report will be collated and ready to be emailed to the user.

All of the ASN checklists are FREE to download and use. To recieve the formalised report, which details the non-compliances and ASN's specialist Access Consulting Advice, a CHK-ACC-NO. must be obtained and included on all submitted checklists.
