Did you know that the owner of a property is liable for claims under the Disability Discrimination Act?

This means that claims can be made against the owner by any individual with a disability that feels as though they have been discriminated against in relation to access to the building.

Access is becoming increasingly important as one (1) in four (4) people have a disability condition to some degree.

It is important that we take into consideration possible access issues that may arise both now and in the future.
