Workplace Assessments
This is a relatively new arm to ASN - Our Workplace Assessments are designed to assess the level of service being delivered to an orgnisations customers. ASN develops customised assessment tools and conducts workplace assessments in line with AQTF (Australian Quality Training Framework) requirements to assess the level of service being provided to people with a disability.
Quality customer service is what makes or breaks many businesses and organisations. As 20% of the population has a disability condition it's important that your business or organisation is providing a quality service to people with a disability.
ASN has a pool of individuals with a disability condition that act as mystery shoppers to assess the level of customer service being delivered. These assessments can be conducted on ad-hoc occurrances or pre-arranged schedules. ASN also recommends Professional Development Training for all staff members in the delivery of services to people with a disability and then conducting a pre & post assessment.
